Box Grove is one of the most sought after neighborhood in the south east part of Markham. Development started in the late 90s and small pockets still remain to be completed towards Hwy 407 and Donald Cousens Pkwy to the north-east. Ironically this area is actually Cedar Grove that borders to the east of Boxgrove to the Pickering border.
However, you won’t see these residents say they live in Cedar Grove (which is mostly farmland and contains the rouge park). They’d rather associate themselves with a buzzing Box Grove community. So all the sold listings show they are in Box Grove, even though a batch of them are in Cedar Grove.
